Get started
Open the installed app from Shopify → Apps → StockKompas. Read Shopify inventory to load a complete snapshot. The app reads products and inventory; it does not read your order history. Download the example CSV to see the required aggregate-sales and supplier input columns, then provide accurate values for your own records.
Data quality
Check article codes, unit costs, the sales measurement period, supplier lead times, pack sizes and minimums. Defaults are suggestions to review, not confirmed facts. Products with a missing SKU are displayed but excluded from supplier proposals. Without sales data there is no demand-based reorder. Incoming inventory is not a promise of an arrival date. Do not replace actual store data with the illustrative sample.
Budget and export
Enter your available purchasing budget in euros. The proposal prioritizes products running out soonest relative to lead time and respects pack sizes and minimums. The budget excludes tax, shipping and supplier order-level minimums. Download the CSV, check it and decide whether to place an order yourself. The app never sends an order.
Limits and cancellation
This version supports EUR and at most 5,000 stock/location records. A failed or partial read leaves the previous snapshot in place. Manage subscriptions through Shopify’s app settings and uninstall from Shopify when you want to stop using the app. The internal pilot is not charged.
